The company is led by Chris Giles, a LEED-certified professional with over 20 years of Project Management expertise in the commercial construction and contract furniture industries.

Our portfolio of work includes oversight for multi-million-dollar tenant improvement projects as well as industrial, warehouse and exterior renovations and improvements. We have also coordinated move management and supervision of high-profile construction projects, including management oversight of all construction projects in a pair of Class A commercial office towers in Century City (Los Angeles).

Our areas of specialization include project planning and administration, budgeting, schedule development, cost planning, analysis and control. We also manage selection and oversight of Architects, Engineers, General and Sub-Contractors alongside coordination with Landlords, Property Management and City Officials.
